 Q:   Halbig v. Sebelius: Text of DC District Court Decision The District Court of the District of Columbia issued a decision in Halbig v. Sebelius, rejecting the plaintiffs’ argument that the Affordable Care Act authorized tax credits for only those individuals who purchase insurance on a fully operational state-run exchange. This is an important decision, as some of the organizations opposing the ACA have called this argument their last, best chance to sink the ACA in its entirety.
